ALERT!!! All reservations are made directly through Foot of the Rockies. We do not work with any other reservation system and will not accept any bookings made on third-party sites.

Information, Rules, and Regulations

Check-in Times: 2:00 PM

 

Check-out Time: 12:00 noon (unless approved)

 

Quiet Time is from 9 PM to 7 AM

 

Payment is due on arrival whether by day, week, or month.

Acceptance of Last Minute Bookings: 8:30PM (MST) is the cut off time to accept any last minute bookings, unless prepaid.

Cancelations Notice: 72 hours’ notice for any booking cancelation.  There shall be a cancelation fee in the amount of 1st night’s fee.

Trash – must be in the dumpster each day to avoid animals getting into it.

 

Limit of 2 vehicles per site (if more vehicles ask office).

Awnings – our winds are great for flying flags, do not let your awning become one.

 

No Fire Pits and Bowls – we don’t allow any type of propane, charcoal, pellets, or wood fire pits and bowls.

 

No Open Fires • No Trenches • No Vehicle Washes • No Major Mechanical Work

Children must be controlled by an adult; please keep an eye on them at all times.

 

Wastewater / Gray Water there is to be no dumping of either on the grounds; put into sanitary sewer pipe.

 

Trees and Branches – please do not trim the trees as that is our job, if a tree is interfering with your satellite signal please ask to be moved, as trees are very precious in this part of the country.

 

Electric Heaters – if you have electric heaters is use during the winter, please be aware that an additional fee will be applied.

 

NO Smoking in Office or Laundry areas

 

NO Public Restrooms – All RVs must have functioning shower and bathroom facilities.

 

YOUR RV MUST BE IN BEFORE DARK or make arrangements with office prior to arrival

Pet Policy

Pets – There is a mandatory leash law and waste removal is Colorado Springs

Owners are to keep pets on leashes at all times while walking them.

You are required by law to pick  up after them and dispose of the waste. You may receive:

  • 1st verbal warning
  • 2nd offense, written warning
  • 3rd occurrence will cause you to find a new place to stay.
Fines up to $45.00 may also apply if the rules are not adhered to. You will also be responsible for any damages that your pets may cause.

 

Should you have a dog attack, your first step is to call the Humane Society at 719-473-1741. Then notify the Office Manager: 719-321-3732.

 

(Make sure you get a copy of the Humane Society report)

A maximum of 4 pets per rig are allowed. Incessant barking is disturbing to other guests in the park, please take your pet inside you rig and remain there until your pet is under control.

 

Your pet may remain outside on a leash that does not exceed your lot size. However, you must be home during the entire time.

 

For the health and safety of all, should you feel you do not have a pet that plays or walks well with others outside your rig, please muzzle.

 

Please, no dog waste bags are to be stored around or under your rig at any time.

Should you violate any of the rules listed, the manager may evict you with no refund.
